ANALYTICS

Through our analytics tool, you are able to manage population health with our innovative solution. We look at data from prospective and retrospective views, and uniquely reveal the unseen data that employers and other bearers of risk need to act upon.

Our propriety solution will engage your workforce more effectively and, as a reseller, get you to market faster. The key lies in our ability to target data-driven personalized interventions necessary to meeting individual and population health objectives. New data pathways are critical for measuring the effectiveness of your wellness and well-being initiatives and delivering return on investment.

Developed by our team, the analytics tool includes: claims analytics, online data dashboard, population health management reporting, Know Your Number® Disease Risk Tracker, and biometric analysis.

REVEALING THE UNSEEN DATA

It is only by seeing the unseen where you can get the insights you need from your data, and offer relevant and personalized health interventions employees can act upon.

TRANSPARENT DATA

UNSEEN DATA

  • Number of non-compliance persons with a diagnosis of diabetes and how to correct

  • Number of females migrating toward higher risk thresholds and how to stop

  • The outcomes your preventive screenings yielded

  • Number of avoidable ER visits

  • How many ill-defined symptoms on claims that actually can be defined

  • What is causing rising musculoskeletal claims

HOW DO WE DO IT?

1. Identify who has what condition

2. Pinpoint gaps in care

3. Expose the resulting financial burden

4. Provide data-orchestrated interventions

5. Deliver ROI

Orthus Health's delivers a data warehouse along with outcomes-based analytics and consulting for small to mid-size self-insured employers, healthcare benefits brokers, and wellness providers to analyze risk and identify what is driving present and future cost.

Our tool processes disparate data sets – healthcare utilization data, biometric data, pharmacy data, health risk appraisal data, and workers comp data – and stores the data in a relational database. From there, we are able to query the data and discover relationships in order to determine what drives disease risk and cost to the employer. Based on the analysis, we are able to suggest solutions to mitigate risk and reduce cost.
